Line of Resistance

Some examples are below.

(Note: A multimeter is required but not provided in your kit.)



Example 1: Electrical resistivity of graphite.



This test is run by drawing a line with a graphite pencil.



Next the line is measured with a multimeter. It is simple and fun!



Example 2: Electrical resistivity of a wire.



Example 3: Testing the resistance of a resistor.



Example 4: A piezoelectric ignitor is used to demonstrate how lightning rods work!
