Intel has, over the past several years, provided significant equipment donations that have enabled the facility to expand into new technologies for our researchers and improve currently available processes with high quality equipment. They continue to partner with UCSB by providing access to equipment from recently closed fabrication lines. We specifically thank them for the following equipment:
