Curriculum Overview

Research has shown that removal of water-borne pathogens at the micro- and nanoscale can greatly improve the health of infants in developing countries. The labs below introduce students to the Nanoscale, how to test the purity of a water sample, and how to create a point-of-use filtration system for needy families that do not have an adequate supply of clean potable water.
